Caribou AM Uses BW Processor

AM station KBRV has purchased a BW DSPX-AM audio processor.

The station, owned by Caribou Broadcasting, is in Soda Springs, Idaho. The processor was purchased from Doug Tharp of dealer SCMS; the order was placed by owner Terry Mathis.

The processor offers dual-path operation that enable processing of a single program for both analog and digital broadcasts. Features include four-band and wideband AGCs with intelligent gating; four-band, program-dependent limiter; parametric bass enhancement, asymmetrical clipping, tilt EQ and AM low-pass filtering.
