Surround sound developer DTS and processor maker DaySequerra often cooperate on projects and hardware development. That includes providing broadcast surround sound for the FIFA World Cup broadcasts from South Africa.

DTS provided its Neural Surround Sound encoders and decoders and worked with DaySequerra on the Mono2Stereo four-channel stereo synthesizer used to generate 5.1 surround sound for broadcasters such as ESPN.
