Jennifer Parsons Is New Chair of CBA

Radio executive Jennifer Parsons is the new chair of the Connecticut Broadcasters Association, replacing Jon Hitchcock, who has taken a position out of state.
Parsons, general manager of WZBG(FM) in Litchfield, Conn., had been first vice chair.
Jon Hitchcock, former vice president and general manager of WTNH(TV)/WCTX(TV) in New Haven, resigned to become president/GM of KYW(TV) and WPSG(TV) in Philadelphia.
Parsons has been general manager of WZBG since 1993. Before that she was local sales manager and account executive at WINE(AM) and WRKI(FM) in Danbury, Conn. for years.
