Broadcast software developer RCS says it has added “more features and more power” to its Zetta playout platform.
RCS President and CEO Philippe Generali said, “Zetta 2.5 delivers 10 major new features and substantial performance optimizations.”
A release singled out upgraded “splits” as a highlight of Version 2.5. According to the release, the new splits allow the airing of different programming or commercials for particular regions or stations.
A number of tweaks are also included such as improvement in time stretching, use of beds for voice overs and several workflow aids such as moving and copying assets between types and sending and receiving logs over a WAN.
