Marty Hadfield has gone home from the hospital, according to his friend and colleague Jim Dalke.

 

"Thanks to the miracles of modern medicine, Marty left the hospital [Wednesday] afternoon," Dalke wrote. Dalke is editor of the SBE Chapter 16 newsletter in Seattle.

 

"He will be spending the rest of the week resting at home and plans to return to work next week. Like many of us who have had to deal with heart problems, Marty says this was a wakeup call to mortality and the need to take care of ourselves for the sake of those in our care."
