| Mayah Puts Another 'C' in IBC |

Using the massive IBC show in Amsterdam as a platform, Mayah Communications launched a family of codecs, the C11.
Consisting of 14 models of half-rack width codecs, all support G.711/G.722, MPEG Layer II, MPEG-4 HE-ACC v2, AAC ELD, PCM specs and are fully functional with audio-over-IP activity (EBU N/ACIP). Models vary by interface and/or application.
Options include apt-X and Enhanced apt-X (Eapt-X), POTS, Ethernet, ISDN, 3G/UMTS wireless and ASI (Asynchronous Serial Interface) interfaces.
The units are stackable and can be powered in a group of up to eight by an optional 19-inch rackmounted power supply.
